Return and Refund Policy

1. Returns
We do not accept returns unless the item you received is damaged or defective.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be reported as damaged within 1 day of delivery
- Be unused and in its original packaging
- Include proof of purchase and clear photo evidence of the damage
To request a return for a damaged item, please contact us at ecommerce@exide.com.pk with your order number, a description of the issue, and photo evidence.
2. Refunds
Once your return request for a damaged item is approved and the item is received (if required), we will inspect the product and notify you of the outcome.
If approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Please note: Refunds are only issued for items that are verified as damaged or defective.
3. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If your item is damaged, please follow the return process outlined above to request a refund, and you may place a new order if desired.
4. Return Shipping
If a return is approved for a damaged item, we will cover the cost of return shipping. You will receive instructions and a prepaid return label (if applicable).
